The problem

Buyer questions are not always answered clearly by existing pages. Creating more content without checking those gaps can produce repetition instead of useful answers.

My role

My contribution

Connected buyer-question discovery, content planning, real company evidence, publishing requirements, channel adaptation and performance review.

One six-step workflow

The same six steps and names are used in the overview and the detailed rules below.

  1. Discover

Find the questions buyers are asking.
    Identify unanswered buyer questions.

    Read the working rules

Use Semrush, Google Search Console, website results and questions from builders, GCs, developers and designers.

  2. Audit

Check whether an existing page can answer better.
Improve an existing answer before creating another one.

    Read the working rules

Review existing blogs and service pages. Create a new article only when it answers a different question.

  3. Gather evidence

    Collect real company examples.
Ground the answer in traceable evidence.

    Read the working rules

Use real ABC projects, factory processes, materials, customer comments and events actually attended. Mix design tips, factory work, buyer guides and company news. A public event listing alone does not show that ABC attended.

  4. Create

Prepare one clear answer per page.
    Publish a complete, structured answer.

    Read the working rules
    • Page title, URL, category and introduction
    • Separate search title and description
    • Full article with clear section headings
    • Related links and FAQs
    • Questions people search or ask AI
    • Two landscape images (4:3) with descriptions
  5. Share

Adapt the answer for each channel.
Give each audience the right context.

    Read the working rules

The website carries the full answer; Instagram highlights photos and details; LinkedIn explains project choices and how things are made; KABi and GC channels serve their own audiences. Review facts, images, repeated topics and calls to action. Only describe a tool as AI when it actually uses AI.

  6. Improve

Review visibility and useful inquiries separately.
Make the next revision based on what happened.

    Read the working rules

Check publication, indexing, impressions/clicks, AI mentions and useful inquiries separately. Improve high-impression, low-click pages, especially near the top of search results. Reuse evidence for different questions, not duplicate pages.
