The context

Inventory information was tracked in fragmented Google Sheets across four U.S. stores. Website and service information also needed to reflect purchase, consignment and appointment needs heard in B2B conversations.

My role

My contribution

Organized product, brand, image and copy information for the e-commerce website. Gathered B2B feedback, proposed a unified inventory workflow and coordinated service information, incoming requirements and timelines.

Collaboration & delivery

Design and development partners received the customer and website feedback. The company later launched a dedicated inventory AI Agent; its implementation is not attributed to me.

The work

  1. Organize the website

Brought product, brand, image and copy information together for the e-commerce website.

  2. Understand B2B needs

Used customer conversations to understand purchase, consignment and appointment workflows, then shared feedback with design and development partners.

  3. Propose unified inventory

Identified fragmented Google Sheets tracking across four U.S. stores and proposed a unified inventory-management workflow.

  4. Support the handoff

Supported website launch and customer follow-up by organizing service information, documenting incoming needs and coordinating requirements and timelines.

Evidence & scope

The four-store figure describes the operating context, not a measured result. No conversion, revenue or inventory-accuracy improvement was supplied. My inventory contribution was the workflow proposal; the company’s later AI Agent is a separate delivery outcome. No inventory records or product screenshots were supplied for this case.
